    Oxymoron

That's what I would call this time I am experiencing. School is dragging by each day but it's moving so quickly in a way. There are only about two weeks or so until Finals. They felt like eons ago only last month. Now, it's suddenly here in your face. teachers are rushing to cover the curriculum and I am falling ever farther behind. School is over next month, which is really quick, about seven months which now seems long. There is so much more stuff left to do. i still can't believe that at the end of next year I'll be a senior. That hit me like of bricks. I freaked out on the subway and my friend was like, "You just realized that?" Yeah, I thought there are two more years left, even though technically we do. I waste so much of my time, normal people spends 1/4 of their lives waiting, I waste more than half of it. So when I'm on my deathbed, I actually only lived half my age. Sad, huh? LOL. Maybe instead of lamenting here I should be doing my work and not cry about how time is slipping away. gee, now there's a thought.

I thought this was really wise, profound and encouraging. Don't give up.

She/He can only beat you if you let her/him beat you. There, now it works for both genders. Or maybe if I tweak it. You could only be beat if you let yourself be beat. Hmm...too wordy. Well, I think everybody understands. LOL.

I read everything, but it depends on my mood and I have periods where I read only one genre. Now, I am in extreme chick-lit mood. Gosh...And I mean extreme...Don't run away, I still love my vampires and the fantasy and paranormal and everything else. LOL.

My layout is malfunctioning, right? When I tried to put my new on in, it didn't work, I need to spend some time on it and figure it out now. Heehee. Cheerios.

    Hecticness

Hello, it's been a long time, again. I meant to update on New Year, so here it is. Happy Belated Chinese New Year! This March is certainly coming in like a lion. It will be a lion all the way until maybe the middle/end of the month or in April when the lamb will be here to stay, I hope. Haha. So, there's the play at the beginning of March for three days. Right after is the All-City performance. Then, is the Carver Science Fair, the French Contest and the NHD project a week or so after. Yay! I have to say I'm glad I'm not involved with all of those activities. I would be a huge mess. All the people are dealing with it quite well though, I really admire their ability to organize everything. I would have fell apart. Haha. I am so pathetic...

I joined Gaia and now I am quite obsessed. I live there now. Heehee.

Today we had the African American workshops. The first one, Stepping Across the Water, was interesting I guess and interactive. It was just really humiliating for me. I really can't dance. My knee is not entirely healed and so I didn't particularly enjoy it, though it was fun, I guess in a way. Funny with all the mistakes we were making. Hmm...Can't remember what else I wanted to say. I'll put it up if I ever remember. Well, I'm still around and I'm not abandoning Xanga yet.

OMGSH, I found some more quotes when I was "cleaning" my room for Chinese New Year. Gosh, it was cleaner before I "cleaned." Haha.

"How did you become blind, uh, Jeff, is it?" <-Jeff is actually Iggy

"Yeah, Jeff. Well, I looked directly at the sun, you know, the way they always tell you not to. If only I had listened."

    *~*

"Can we see him?" Iggy asked.

"Ig, I hate to break this to you, but you're blind," I said, my relief making me tease him. "However, in a little while you can go and listen to him breathe and maybe talk to him."

    *~*

"Yeah, because you're so handicapped," I said sarcastically. "Like-you can't build bombs or cook or win at Monopoly. You can't tell us all apart by the feel of our skin or feathers."

These are all from Maximum Ride: Schools' Out-Forever, obviously, I don't own it because my name is obviously not James Patterson. My writer's block make it hard for me to write a complete chapter. <sigh> Haha, finally finished the list I created from reading last year. I find them to be hilarious. It probably makes more sense if you read the book or understand the story and know the people.

    Freezing Grip

On Thursday I went ice skating for the first time ever. It was an...interesting experience. I was so nervous and freaked out at first, I got a little over that, but now if I have to return I will still be frozen by fear. It was interesting to say the least. LOL, Annie, Angel and Aja took turns babysitting me. I feel kinda bad though, being the liability and hindering them in their fun. I squeezed their hands so hard the one time I can't cling to the railing and have to skate around a group of people. Though I have to say, most people are sympathetic and move away from the railing when they see me in all my patheticness approaching them. LOL. I didn't expect the railing to be so cold but it was, my hands were so numb and there was this tingling pain for the whole night. Well, it was cool. I went around three time in about one and a half hours. LOL, how typical. the first time I clung to the railing as if it was my lifeline and in a way, it was. The second time I used only one arm and the third I experimented by taking my hand off for two milliseconds. LOL. Hmm...nothing else really interesting happened. Well, I guess that's it for now.

Hmm...Could it be that I am losing my randomness? Oh no! Wait, is that even possible. Nope, thought not, hmm...this monologue should be random enough but...hmm...

Oh yeah, I looked through a binder yesterday and it was filled with memories. LOL, I knew it was there but it somehow slipped from my mind. these quotes should entertain me for some time, LOL.

This came from The Search Begins, the episode when Genkai was testing for the possible apprentices by the drawing of lots.

Yusuke: (Thinking) PLease be blank, please be blank. (Opens the lot, outloud) Agh!

Yusuke and Kuwabara: Well lucky me, I won.

Yusuke: Hey! You got a red one also.

    Kuwabara: Didn't meant to.

Genkai: Those who won please follow me. Those who lost, please, get lost.

It's more funny when it is heard, lol. Byee.
